On a different way to the rest of
Estella-Lizarra’s civil building, the structural disposal of this building is horizontal. It is a building with a
clear simplicity, because of a total absence of sculptural decoration except for some coats of arms. The construction is conceived over a stone skirting board. Over it, bricks are placed except in the windows’ frames and in the main entrance, which is made with stones. That creates a polychromatic composition of the typical
Austrias’ architectural style from Madrid. Over the balcony’s lintel, which frames the main axis of the façade, it is situated the building’s date of 1613, between two coats of arms.In the patio we can see the same style of “The Escorial Palace”. It is divided in two levels, supported by simple columns in a Tuscan style.
